XOR worked with the Equality team to develop the content and structure of the programme which then formed part of a toolkit to help contractors meet the ODA requirement for equality training for employees. The toolkit was delivered to over 70 companies and has been accessed by over 4,000 users. XOR won the contract through a competitive tender run through the CompeteFor website.
